Still here!

This has to be some sort of record. Normally, if this was a diary, I'd have given up by now! I get bored easily as a rule, but knowing people read this makes it seem like there's a point to it. Thanks for the comments - it nice to know there are people out there in cyberspace taking time out to read my drivel!

I'm just taking a quick break from my assignment. It's about being human, and I had to pick a news event or advert and look at what it says about humans, and then relate it to some passages in Genesis and the New Testament. I'm really getting into it and have already deleted a few sections that were wandering from the point of the question, but think I could get my teeth into something about consumerism, marketing and Christianity. There are so many different aspects to look at - credit / debt, green issues, image, labels and much more. Could be fun. But for now I'd better stick to the point of what the questions are asking and get my 2000 words done so I can head off to Cambridge tomorrow for a bit of 'Methodism' at Wesley House. Back to the assignment then.....
